Why ZeroBot exists

ZeroBot started the way most useful tools do: with a real problem. Running real websites means watching automated traffic hammer login pages, scrape content, click tracking links, and fill databases with fake signups — while the big enterprise solutions hide behind "Contact Sales" buttons and the simple ones just slap a CAPTCHA on everything.

We built the detection pipeline we wanted to use ourselves: installable on your own server in minutes, transparent about every verdict, and priced like a tool instead of an enterprise contract.

How it's run

ZeroBot is operated independently by its builders. That means the people answering support are the same people who wrote the detection engine — and decisions are made for the long term, not for a quarterly report.

The platform runs on our own infrastructure. Your traffic is never proxied through us: ZeroBot works as a lightweight include or API call inside your own stack, so your DNS, SSL, and hosting stay exactly where they are.

What we believe

A false positive is a critical bug. Blocking a real visitor is worse than letting a bot through. Our detection is engineered with multiple safeguards so residential and mobile users pass — and when a customer reports a wrongly blocked user, it goes to the top of the queue.
Verdicts should be explainable. Every request you send us gets a score you can see, with the signals behind it in your live traffic logs. No black boxes.
Simple pricing is honest pricing. One plan, every feature included. If we can't justify a feature for everyone, we don't ship it as an upsell.
Your data is not our product. We process IPs and user agents to classify traffic — that's it. No ad tracking, no data resale, and cross-client intelligence shares only anonymized reputation scores.
